ביום שישי, ה26.11 יתקיים בעולם "יום שישי ללא פרווה". המועד מצויין מידי שנה במאות אירועי מחאה ברחבי העולם.
תעשיית הפרווה נמצאת במצב לא קל – חקירות של ארגוני זכויות בעלי חיים חוזרות וחושפות את אכזריות התעשיה ורשתות שיווק מפסיקות למכור מוצרי פרווה. בלית ברירה התעשיה נוקטת במגוון טקטיקות שפלות על מנת להגדיל את מכירות הפרווה – החל מהכחשת האכזריות כלפי בעלי החיים, דרך מכירת פרווה במסווה פרווה סינטתית, וכלה בהפצת שמועות על "חזרת הפרווה …לאופנה" במטרה לדכא את המאבק נגדה.

Worldwide Fur Free Friday – National Rally and demo!
Friday the 26.11 will be the Worldwide Fur Free Friday – the day is annually noted by animal rights organizations around the world.
The fur industry is in bad shape – investigations by animal rights organizations continue to expose the horrendous cruelty involved in the fur trade, fashion chains stop selling and working with fur products.
As a result, the fur industry reverts to dirty tactics in order to increase sales – starting with denying the cruelty involved, going through sales of real fur disguised as faux fur, and finally spreading rumors that "fur is coming back" in order to demoralize the anti-fur movement.

This year it is extremely important to join the protest, in light of the new bill proposed by Ronit Tirosh, which calls to completely ban fur products in Israel.
