The shelter in “Mesheq Dror” has relocated and is now in “Kfar Ruth”, near Modi’in.
Directions: Drive on road number 1, towards Jerusalem, and then take road 443, towards Modiin. In “Tzomet Shilo” turn left to “Kfar Ruth VeShay”, and after about 100 meters turn right, to “Kfar Ruth”. After about 50 meters follow the sign “Avner the Dog Whisperer” and then continue driving on an unpaved street until you arrive to the shelter.
The shelter is open Sunday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. m Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and also on Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

An adoption fee of 500 LIS for a male dog or 600 LIS for a female dog will be charged, which includes the dog’s vaccination, spaying or neutering, and a vaccine against spirocerca lupi worm.
An adoption fee of 300 LIS will be charged for a male or female cat, which will include the cat’s vaccination, spaying and neutering, and eartipping (removal of approximately a quarter-inch off the tip of the cat’s left ear in a straight line cut as a universal sign of a neutered or spayed cat).
